Bobby Windell Doolin was born January 1, 1936 to Verna Hamilton Doolin and Richard Doolin. He was the youngest of five children. He married Elmary Marshall in 1957, to this union nine children were born. The first born died in a car wreck before birth. Jerry Craig Bobby's. Daddy was a very hard working man. He took care of all his children. Bobby loved big trucks and worked in the field for many years. Campbell Asphalt Company is where he had his second family. You could learn a lot about life by being close to our father. He touched and taught many people, many things about this world and life. "Big Bob" as he was affectionately known has gone on to be with his parents, two brothers, our mother, big sister San, and our Lord. I know that they are watching over us. We will take from them what they left us as the Doolin family. We must make them proud, we are to be strong and to be kind to each other, to be passionate about our families, to be loving and caring for each other whatever the need, know matter who they are. "Just do the right thing." We loved our father, mother, and big sister, but there chapter of life is closed. We must now live, love and be the best "Doolin" that they prepared us to be. Daddy leaves behind two sisters, Gladys and Maragret . His beloved children Dennis Doolin (Beth), Bobby Doolin, Jr. (Louise), Keith Doolin (Ida), Tammy Hill (Wendell), Gwendolyn Johnson (lesse Brown), Stacy Ashurst and Laverna Doolin.16 grandchildren: ShiRon, Nicole, Mario, Brandon, Chong' Brianna, Charles, Dee, Kanetria, Little Keith, Jesse IV, Malcom, Ryan, David, Eric, Precious and Emma.Four Great-grandchildren: Christopher, Cameron, Cory, and Lilliana; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
