Terone LaDon Knight was born to Paul Rudolph Thomas and Faye Belle Knight on November 18, 1954 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was the only child born to this union. Having been raised and nurtured in a Christian home, he accepted Christ at an early age. He attended Oklahoma City Public Schools, graduated from Northwest Classen High School in 1973 and while attending high school was a member of the Chryslers Choral Group. Later that year, he attended a computer tech school where he received a degree in Computer Science. In 1988 was licensed as a minister. On May 20, 1990 received his Bachelor of Technology degree from Cornerstone Theological Seminary of Jerusalem and was ordained on December 31, 1991. In 1976, he married his "best friend," Lynasene R. Peacher and to this union, two children were born, Terrance LaDon and Thomas Leon. Terone was employed by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections for 28 years as a Senior Case Manager. After many years in the ministry and being led by the Holy Spirit, he and his wife started Abundant Love Full Gospel Church in 2001, where he remained until he departed this life on Saturday, June 27, 2009. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He had a "big laugh and even bigger heart" and anyone who met him loved him. He leaves to cherish his memory, Lynasene, his wife of 33 years; two sons, Terrance LaDon (Mary) and Thomas Leon; two granddaughters, Aquion and Yauntae; and a host of relatives and friends.
